25% upon reserving apartment (non-refundable). Balance is due eight weeks prior to departure.
A bond of £200 is taken to cover any breakages, damage to property, lost keys, etc. This will be refunded to you on your return, on receipt of the keys, and once our agent has checked the property.
50% charged if cancelled within 8 weeks
75% charged if cancelled within 4 weeks
100% charged if cancelled within 7 days.

Post the printed form back with a deposit of 25%, or, if less than 8 weeks before your booking, the full amount. Your booking will not be confirmed until we receive your payment.
Electricity, towels and linen are included in the tariff.
Sub-letting will not be permitted and only the number of persons stated when booking may be accepted.
A deposit of 25% (non refundable) is required to reserve accommodation booking within one week of receiving booking form.
A charge of 50% of the full price payable should you cancel within eight weeks will be charged.
A charge of 75% of the full price payable should you cancel within four weeks will be charged.
A charge of 100% of the full price payable should you cancel within 7 days will be charged.
The balance plus the £200 returnable Bond must be paid eight weeks before arrival. The proprietor reserves the right to re-let the apartment if the balance is not paid when due. For late bookings of eight weeks or less before arrival, the full amount is required. No bookings are accepted from persons under 18 years of age.
The proprietor cannot accept liability for any injury sustained by any person or the loss or damage to any property brought on to the premises, including your vehicle in the car parking area.
Mattress protector covers are fitted to all beds. If these are removed and the mattress is soiled visitors will be charged for a new mattress.
Tenants are requested to leave Las Cascadas in the same tidy condition as found on arrival. There will be a charge for losses, breakages and, if required, any extra cleaning - your refundable bond will be adjusted accordingly. If damage/loss exceeds the £200 you will be charged for the difference.
Televisions, Radios, etc. or any other musical instruments must not be played in such a manner as to annoy neighbours.
The proprietor reserves the right to refuse accommodation, and any person/s whose behaviour interferes with the comfort and enjoyment of neighbours, or is deemed unnacceptable by the proprietors, will be required to leave without refund.
